Yes, monitoring of the applications including the general flow and the specific pages to be monitored can be completely customized based on your requirements. Requirements can be given through CXGuardian portal.
Can UAT applications be monitored by QualityKiosk?
Yes, UAT applications can also be monitored by QualityKiosk, considering that you will be able to provide us with all the necessary access to the said application.
How does QualityKiosk acquire user accounts on applications to be monitored?
QualityKiosk can register on your application like any other user. In case of bank or trading accounts, QualityKiosk can procure it. Otherwise, you will have to create normal user account for us and provide the credentials.
How does QualityKiosk set up the monitoring of my application?
QualityKiosk creates scripts which emulate end user behavior for mobile or web based applications. These robotic scripts are executed on real mobile devices or web browsers at periodic intervals. The KPI data is captured by the scripts and stored in database. Analytics engine further processes the data and stores it in database. You as a user of CXGuardian can then view this data as and when required.
How long does QualityKiosk take to start any new monitoring service once the application is registered?
We want to carefully script the user behavior to ensure we emulate the exact steps. Ourteam takes 3-5 working days to script the user behavior and commence monitoring of your application.
How will CXGuardian alert me in case of failures?
In case of failure of script, QualityKiosk monitoring experts will intervene and validate if the failure is genuine. In case of genuine failure, the system will send notification on your mobile app as well as an email is sent to predefined email address. In addition, QualityKiosk can also send SMS notification or call you on specific number if it is required for you for some additional premium charges.
How will the False Positives be eliminated?
Every error is cross verified in two minutes of the first error occurrence and only then it is reported as an alert.
What if I need to do any changes in the current monitoring flow like addition or deletion of the pages?

What kind of KPI reports are provided by CXGuardian?
User can schedule reports for a particular frequency (daily/weekly/monthly) and detailed reports would be sent accordingly to the user that would include response time of the pages, availability, and performance and exception details.

Yes, there is an option available in CXGuardian stating “Scheduled Downtime” you can go there and set the downtime of your choice, you can view all the downtimes which are already set or which are already over.

Yes, you can view historical alerts as well as you can export it in the file.

How can I validate if any page has error and my actual expected page?
On CXGuardian there is provision to view all the expected pages snapshot in the application drill down section, you can compare view from there and compare the error page snapshot and expected page snapshot.
How do I provide the details of contact persons to notify them in case of any errors on my application?
In CXGuardian there is provision to provide the details like Phone number, Email ID and Name. The section is named as “Escalation Matrix”. You have to fill these details while registering the application via CXGuardian.
How do I provide the page snapshots and sequence of the pages to start the monitoring through CXGuardian?
You can upload the page snapshots directly from your desktop and arrange them sequentially there itself, you can name them as per your choice add comment while registering your application.
What if I have any doubts regarding my application health and need to sort it out then and there?
You can chat with us at any point of time through chat window, our representative will answer all your queries.
What if I need to track any specific transaction’s health? Can I have the rights to define the transactions on my own?
Yes you can define transactions through CXGuardian. Under settings you can create the transactions. You can view and track any specific transaction’s health through CXGuardian and you can do multiple combinations of pages/transactions in application drilldown section.
What if I want to hold an escalation which is already going on as I am still repairing my system?
Yes, you can hold the escalations through CXGuardian. There is stop escalation functionality through which you can hold the escalation for that page or for the entire application. You can modify or cancel the stopped escalation. You can create, modify or cancel the stop escalation only if you have the authority.
What type of control do I have using Mobile app?
Being the application owner, you can view the alerts and hold the escalations. You will receive notifications only for those applications for which you are a part of the escalation matrix. The CIO would be having facility to set the rules as per his choice under CXGuardian mobile app alerts settings.
